Our Wrap Around Services provide comprehensive, family and community driven support for qualified adopted youth under 18 and their families.
Community Health Support
For all Medi-Cal Covered or Eligible
We have a dedicated team of Community Health Workers (CHW) ready to provide health services for all Medi-Cal Covered or Eligible youth, adults and families in need.
We believe in strengthening the family system while supporting each family member.

For fun, enriching, & empowering Community Health Worker led life skills day camp-style workshops.
For upper elementary students, aged 9–11 years old
Free to youth covered by Medi-Cal, otherwise $125/youth
